Chernogorsk

traditional wool

Color: Mocha

Size: 6 X 9

The Chernogorsk rug evokes the enduring beauty of antique textiles through an intricately composed traditional design. An ornate central medallion anchors the field, surrounded by delicate florals, scrolling botanicals, and layered ornamental motifs. A richly detailed border frames the composition, while the softly muted palette of ivory, taupe, dusty blue, and warm earth tones gives the design a beautifully timeworn, collected character.

Hand-knotted in 100% wool, Chernogorsk celebrates the artistry and individuality of traditional rug making. Each knot contributes to the depth and texture of the design, with subtle variations in color, texture, and knot density giving every piece its own distinctive expression. The natural character of wool further enhances the rug’s warmth and tactile appeal.

Sized at 6' x 9' with a 72-inch roll width, Chernogorsk offers a versatile scale for bringing layered pattern and old-world character to the interior. Its nuanced palette and intricate detailing allow it to serve as both a grounding foundation and a richly decorative accent.

A timeless expression of pattern, material, and craftsmanship, Chernogorsk brings the romance of a well-loved heirloom into the modern interior with the understated sophistication of STARK.
